Answer:
A website portal is basically a website housing a list of links to several other websites. Some such portals are based around a theme, and the sustainability SEQ portal aims to house many useful links of the vast topic of sustainability.

Website links are divided into two category lists titled "Categories" and "Audience". Both categories can be accessed via the two tabs at the top of the middle, content section on the home page. Links are then broken down into subsections under each category, and these subsections are then broken down into subsubsections which then list the links. When navigating through the portal a navigational heading under the main heading appears at the top of the page. This identifies the subcategory, and subsubcategory that the user is currently browsing.

A user can definitely suggest a website link. To do so, click on the "Add A Site" button in the top left navigational side of this page. This will open a page with an email contact address on it. Click on the email address (which can activate certain email programs) or copy and paste the address into a fresh email document. Then simply add the name of the website and its address to the content section of the email and send it. The editor of Sustainable SEQ portal will review the submitted link for its appropriateness before adding it to one of the portal's sections, and will send back a reply if it is successful.
Replies will not be immediate as the portal is updated weekly, not daily. The editor of Sustainable SEQ portal also has the right not to add any inappropriate links and will not send back a reply to submitters of such links if they are deemed unsuccessful.

Sustainable SEQ portal has regular maintenance, once a week, and effort is made to relocate altered links. Some websites change their links to information regularly, while some websites cease to exist. Unfortunately the website link and details have to be removed for information and websites which can no longer be traced.
